Book number 22 in 2021 was Miss Frost Solves a Cold Case by Kristen Painter. It was not my typical read. I needed a book with the word cold or hot in the title and since I'm on a thriller kick, I thought this free title from Audible plus would fit the bill perfectly.
Didn't read the background blub and about spit my soda out laughing at one point in the beginning when she talks about it being inappropriate to lick a stranger walking down the street. Turns out it's a whole different genre and the main character's were elves and vampires Not one to be deterred I stuck with it and actually found it kind of charming. I mean all fluff and no real take away, but it was entertaining even if sometimes I was laughing at instead of with and I've check another challenge category off the list.
